The Russians Targeted Ukrainians, Vitaliy?
Russian President Vladimir Putin says high-precision weapons have been used to attack infrastructure and military command centres. But what we've seen are horrific images of roads being shelled during the rush hour this morning across all of Ukraine. As far as we know, because the Ukrainian government has essentially imposed a ban on reporting which military facilities have been targeted, as far as I know, military facilities have also been targeted. The pictures of civilians being affected, wounded civilians, as they were on the way to work, is the most shocking image that we've seen this morning.
