Every big trade i would be writing up in very high detail. Time is always limited, right? It's a limited, finite resour on when we're maximumly focused and fresh. And all these practices, i think, are probably some of the most scientifically backed ways to get better. You're studying the stuff that has edge in extremely high detail. Your deliberately trying to improve on the most important thing each day through through the daily report card. And then you're constantly getting feedback, both from the market in the form of pianel, but also, ideally from from a mentor.
