Are Church Leaders Servants?
Paul rarely if ever uses the Greek word for authority, exusia, to describe church leaders. He does talk about being a apostle when he has to because they're not getting it, but he doesn't like it. I just wonder if we get off on the wrong foot right out of the gate when we assume certain hierarchical structures of leadership that are prevalent in many churches today.
