The Reserve Bank of Australia's Interest Rates
We've got more variable rate mortgages in Australia than anywhere else, almost other places. That means that with high level of debt, variable rate mortgages, the RBA didn't need to put up interest rates to 5% as other places have done. And hand sound, is weakening because our interest rates are relatively low by world's rate. So we're not attracting flexible capital, particularly for our relatively low interest rates. I actually reckon the most—I agree with you. I think it'll be steady for the next year.
