How to Cope When You're in a Relationship Breakup
When we are in pain and uncomfortable, we want to find the easiest solution. It's just an innate characteristic of us that we want to have companionship. Don't la beat yourself up because you have this desire to be in a new relationship. Totally normal. Also, if you don't feel like dating anyone, and you don’t feel like being in a new relationships, that's two we all cope differently. We can't just surrender completely to the pain and let it take over. So things like having a solid support system, self care practices, journaling, talking about feelings, ies and doing things that you love will all help fill your void.
