The Importance of Calcium in the Blood
A substantial fraction of calcium is bound to albumen, that means your albumen levels can influence the calcium number that comes up on the test. If you have very low albumen levels, your calcium is going to look low. It can be effected by your hydration status. And as you probably know, blood p h is pretty tightly regulated. So these are things that are not appreciated by a lot of folks who do not spend their day jobs interpreting clinical lab testing like this.
