How to Be a Successful PPM Implementer

Roxanne Jones: Organizations need to clearly define the problem that they're trying to solve and then paint a clear picture of success at the end. "I like to keep it simple and use a DIDI acronym," she says, meaning decision maker, driver of decision, implementer. She suggests defining who's holding these meetings? Who's gathering the input? Who's looking at options? The last one is really important because if you don't have a plan for how it's going to be implemented, nothing will happen.
