We can't have online shopping without a cashless or at least a cash-low society. Big tech relies upon people essentially moving off street level commerce and moving into online commerce. There are many divisions and different governments around the world who are anti-cash. But it's important to note with nation's state players is that they have a lot more conflicting interests going on.
