Indigenous Literacy Day
It was Indigenous Literacy Day on the 7th of September. That's a day to celebrate stories, cultures and languages. In some remote communities across Australia, there are no libraries or bookshops. So groups like the Indigenous Literacy Foundation take truckloads of books out to those communities. They also create books with local communities so kids can share local stories.
