Although young in age, Shakur's story starts long ago as he represented USA boxing in the Olympics and felt his first heartbreak as an athlete, a feeling he carries with him today to guide his approach to the sport he loves. He opens up to Ryan, Channing and Fred on how that experience shaped him and something he considers the biggest pivot in his life because it taught him what he never wanted to experience again. Extremely confident and outspoken, Shakur has chosen to allow his work in the ring to do the talking for him and lives by a motto of never backing down from anyone.
Being mentored by some of the sport's greatest to fight, Andre Ward, Bud Crawford and Floyd Mayweather...Shakur has his sights set on becoming a legend and enshrined in boxing history as one of the best to ever do it.
