Daniel: I just don't have a technological background like I don't, you know, have a programming background. So I'm doing the best I can to really understand how these tools work on the back end when I hear terms such as natural language processing and machine learning. Josh: My mission is to make these things make sense for people who think like I do versus programmers of the tech people who understand this stuff in their sleep. And so I always appreciate when I'm also able to talk with folks with a very different perspective from mine in the technological field who can kind of break down how some of these things work for me.
