Closets - The Metaphor for the Heart
The word closet has been used for store chambers and secret chambers or granaries or treasuries. This thing on the inside you're trying to protect because that's where you're going to store up what matters most to you. It's interesting why we spend so much time in our closets as often to be seen as a man. And is that the sight from which we are supplicating? Is that the place of our prayers or is it just mouth giving lip service?
