i didn't really know what water resource control engineer does until i started my internship. I pretty much learned that working in the water industry is working on different types of water treatment. Most of my job is more regulatory, where i am going on sight and inspecting these water systems to make sure everything is good for public health. So a lot of people generally don't know what goes on when you do open your tap to drink water.
