Are There Good People in the Republican Party Writ Large?
The republican party has taken on this anti institutional zeal. Only 15 % of republicans believe in the media, even their own media tsovto. The idea of being regular is very resonant with people that they see the democrats as destroying everything that they used to call normal. But that is regular, right down to gender. And democrat, they ascribe extreme to the democrats. They see, they'r ense of normal as appearing extreme.
