How to Streamline a Second Business
Shan works on coaching and training for both. How can i best manage both businesses but not confuse my previous and new audience? Here's the thing, you run two businesses, they shouldn't be advertising the same thing to multiple people. If it were me, i would not be advertising both underneath the same brand. I also would never start a second business until my first one was as stream line as possible. That starts going into less efforts in multiple places.
