I think we've definitely come a very long way in how we approach our myeloma patients, from what started out initially as very nonspecific chemotherapy cytotoxic agents to then realizing that there were more targeted approaches. It's just almost interesting that we're now slowly moving in the other direction. There are still some questions out there as to what the best combinations are going to be. But I think in the transplant ineligible setting, we do have a lot of good options for upfront therapy.
