Only kind of my mind is before the back door spike maybe a pre-door spike if that's such a thing but I've like um where am I going with this. So engaging in treatment in the first place of I don't want to find out if this is an OCD if that makes sense so if I do ERP and in fact the anxiety goes and the thoughts are still there then that means it was never the OCD, Stu says.
