How to Balance Health and Studying?

I use ring fit. It's an oddly effective work out. I have a door frame pull up bar, a forty five pound kettle bell and two 15 pound dum bells. The biggest thing that i would say, if number one, if you're nt quarantine, you can't really go outside. Sucks. If there comes a point that i am stuck inside for two weeks, i will be doing body weight exercises. Do hand stand push obviously, that is ver classic. Just don't flip over and break your glass coffee table. Don't do anything.
