Naps of anywhere from ten to 90 minutes will enhance learning and memory. Spiking a drenelin, provided it can be done in a safe way, is going to reduce the number of repetitions required to learn. Try and get excellent sleep - fundamentally important for mental health, physical health and performance. You don't need any pharmacologic substance to spike drenel in unless that's something tht you already are doing, or that you know you can do safely. If you're panic attack prone, please don't start taking stimulants in order to learn things better.
