Felix: We've had the second month now of surprises to CPI to the downside from market expectations. As we've come out of the pandemic and we've shifted away from, you know, during the pandemic, we were all about buying goods. And as supply chain started to ease, that's inventory started to come online just at the same time that the economy was reopening. So what we've seen is that suddenly inventory levels have increased quite significantly. The two other aspects that are affecting a lot of things is thirdly, shelter inflation,. Felix: I believe it's either flat or slightly negative this year despite everything that's happened with Russia, Ukraine, etc.
