Is There a Better Reason for Men to Do a Fasted Run?

There's no science behind any benefits for endurance performance by not fueling. There is some evidence for timing your carbohydrate intake, but this is like the margin of error or the room for error is very small. I read something interesting saying that men respond a bit better to a fasted run first thing in the morning than women do. But from a weight loss standpoint, it actually doesn't help as much as having a little bit before.
