What Happened to the CEO?
In the first two years of being CEO, we had to really change the way the company was structured. The penetration worldwide of people getting cell phones went to essentially 100% and it became more of a replacement rate market. That changes the end market growth and changes the way you have to operate as a company. We certainly had that in the case of an activist at that time.
