When I heard all these stories, it just kept coming up the same thing over and over and over. That's where the nine Y's came from. And the wording in the definitions of the characteristics, the challenges, that all came from what I heard,. But not from me interpreting it. So I use the actual words that people said to in those descriptions. Does that make sense? That makes sense.
