i would alwayst at those bullet points at the top. One of my e s p, spinal colleagues does fantastic letters because they're very long. But she always puts at the top her bullet points and what the management plan is. And er, i wish i could be more like her, really,. In my g p letters to back to g p, i always try and do that, put the bullet points of i top. O, i like to include the spade tool as well. Cs, i think it the recipient the idea you've asked the appropriate questionslutely. I'm not sure if i knew the detail to which i would want to know the answer
