"I'm bullish on you guys, you know, basically. I'm all in, man. This is it," he says of the company's culture. "It reminds me of Nick Carter talking about how to build like an apple pie." He adds that early adopters are often people who haven't been through the Bitcoin rabbit hole and don't get what they're up against. The team at shake bay has done a great job getting hardcore break coiners onto their side by hiring them for specialized functions such as security or customer service. They've also built strong relationships with customers around the world so there's always this sense of community within the firm.
