Patagonia is owned by two a other organizations. The first organization is te trust with all the voting rights, and the second organization is the a non profit with no voting rights but 98 % of all the profit got it. So far as there's a tax for the company, then theres the tax for the individual. But because we're giving it te non profit, the tax is just in the company, not in the non profit. Ah, that's why the structure is this way. And the interesting thing aabout am taxes is also that, a, they actually paid quite a lot of taxes, but not the taxes that could have been paid if you sold it,.
