What's the Difference Between Insurgency and Resistance?
What we've seen from the russians is not the greysone stuff we thought we wre going to see. This is fully conventional. And so i think some of that resistance operating concept needs to be rethought a little bit. But the notion of a sort of civilian resistance with a government in exile and a remnant military force that's providing the backbone for an insurgency, i think that's very much in the cards for ukrane.
