How to Be a Better Persuasive Pastor

In the average church, there's a good church. You don't need persuasion; you just need good teaching. But what I'm talking about is teaching them to engage with the wider world through their callings. And that's where the pastors often don't do that so well. So the pastors have to know the wider issues. They must address what it means to live called by Jesus into those fears. That's the sort of challenge we've got to see the pastors are coached or a team being sent out to live for the kingdom.
