The Three Points of Vision

In sports in particular it's very bottom line business and if there's not winning that's happening oftentimes everybody gets fired. When you're constantly changing and in search of those positive results it almost feels like kind of a chicken or the egg kind of theory here. People want to belong to a story so if I come into say the Green Bay Packers right as a New Zealander is something a little bit mystical magical about themI'm not a fan but I tell you that if I got invited in there  I want someone to put their arm around me and say this is who we are this is the story of who we are.
