I think a lot of people will actually be responsible. But on the other hand, it's also important that you have the right message from authorities and from the government to give people a feeling of where we are. If you're taking personal responsibility and wearing the maskan and doing everything correctly, you can still get infected from somebody else not taking personal responsibility. I think it is a society, but its also the individuals. And there are wes which suggest that in societies where people have trust in the authorities, they are also more willing to take responsibilities themselves.
