When you're used to a salary job, it's like your day-to-day is kind of disconnected from the money. Almost immediately, I started measuring everything, whether it was work related or not work related by hours and money. It was clear that I should not measure me taking vacation and counting up the days. You know, if I wouldn't have gone to the beach, look how much I would have made. And so I didn't have that when I was a salary employee,. Because because the vacation was paid, but there still was some hours, your salary, but you do, you're kind of expected to put in 40 hours.
