Is There a Barrier to Entry to Cod Reuse?

i think a lot of the automation cod reuse, even though it makes things easier, there's a little bit of a barrier to entry. I will say that i feel like all these, like, micro services and libraries that we rely on, i feel like that's probably something that's fairly new.
