If you talk to any successful person and ask how they got that way, it boils down to three things:
1) They decided what they wanted life and success to be.
2) They decided to say “No” to everything else and “Yes” to themselves.
3) They decided to embrace and practice maximum productivity toward their goal.
I suppose that if I said it another way, it would be that life always leads you to a crossroads of decision. Stay on your current path, and you get what you’ve always had. The problem is we don’t know if it will last forever or come to a dead end. Success requires a directional choice.
When you say “Yes” to yourself, you choose to take control of your destiny and not trust fate. Making a choice gives you power. It also energizes the true secret of success—productivity.
Successful people are masters at focusing massive productivity directly on their goals and charging toward what they want. They don’t spend time discussing what they want. They spend time making it happen with every waking moment.
Unsuccessful people are frozen, unable to turn their dreams into reality and wonder why they can’t get what they want.
Don’t get caught up in the drama of getting what you want in life. Make a decision and get busy. The more productive you are, the faster you get what you want.
