The History of Argos

This was before you really had regular stuff being delivered to you. Even if you went in there and they didn't have it, they would ask you to come back. They just did almost did everything they could to not deliver to your house. It's now the only one I know is part of Homebase. No man has ever accepted help getting an item to their car if a woman is present. Another tried to carry a 67-kilogram washing machine on his own. There are no exceptions to this rule, but I've seen it so far.
