i would basely disassociate if i tried to do it myself. If some one was holding the container, then, like, i could concentrate and remember what i was saying. But then often there'd be this sort of dissociation thing. And eventually i sort of unwound that. It turns out you just don't disssociate if you sort of cleaned the mind out that way.
