How I Got Started as an Art Director

I worked at a Chrysler New York assembly and it started off as a summer job. Long story short, I ended up staying there for 11 years. The bad part was I didn't know any artists there. So even at this time, you knew that you wanted to do something creative. But they didn't really train me on how to get out,. And I was just guessing. That's kind of floundering. My advice is just keep trying.
