The Deep Eye, or Buddha Nature, Is the Buddha Nature
When you discover that there is in you another dimension of consciousness, that is the beginning of the spiritual awakening. The deep eye is something that is not yet awakened in many humans, but is a possibility in all humans. And it has brought you here in order to deepen the awakening that you already sense that's happening in you. In Buddhist traditions they say everybody has Buddha nature, your true nature is the Buddha nature.
