Why Nobody Is Responding to Your Job Application?
Yuana: The biggest problem is that they don't put in any effort. This is not necessarily related to the portfolio per se itself. It's more about the application in general. So one thing that you could start doing is to sort of research the job you apply for, apply more mindfully and choose jobs that you apply to. And then when it comes to portfolio per se, there's a lot of conversation around cookie cutter portfolios and I call them 'cronyism' Yuana: Even reaching out to the recruiter and giving them a meaningful message around this is why I think I would be the good fit for the job will make their lives easier as well.
