Are Job Descriptions Going Away?

I think we have overplayed the job idea for too long so job descriptions aren't going away everyone should know exactly what they're supposed to do right like and by the way your job isn't exactly what your job description says but you should at least have a basis. Companies should look at talent and say what are your superpowers what do you love where do you want it to lead here is what we're creating  and now let's start to create connective lines between those two things, co-design together what your job will be.
