Yamanocafactors are a type of enzyme that kills cells through what's called a P53 process. They can be applied to every tissue and cell in the mouse's body for 21 days. At some low level, at some low frequency, they got an egg to behave like a fertilized egg. It's almost like IVF, almost like in vitro fertilization, except there's no sperm. And so then Shinya Yamunaka and John Gurdin and others actually found that you can take cells, and you can have a whole cell not just the nucleus.
