Training Ucranians on the Go?

The vast majority of training that i'm aware of is taking place in countries just outside of ucrane. You know, the ucranias have been proven to be pretty adept tactical fighters. They've developed soft ware that they can put on a base gun ey pad that artillery soldiers have. And then it's ucranian artillery that then has a dea location of the target, and then it strikes it.
