A group of 12 people gather at the villa of an infamous arms dealer from Saudi Arabia. The company includes drug financiers, international terrorists and Islamic extremists. They include former Lieutenant Colonel of Group Shamil Bessayev who shortly before held a key post in the Permikov administration.
