What Are the Columner Basalts in Nandaus?

The columner basalts are a very special kind of basalt in terms of its formation and cooli. They would have come from reefs of holicene age, possibly the same reef that the namadal is built on. One of the easiest, most likely possibilities is to actually float the logs to namadal, going through lagoon channels. You could, of course, do it overland, but talk about the man power that would have been involved.
