Resistance Testing for CMV-Highly-Positive Donors
If you're worried about resistant refractory disease, that's a good time to go with intravenous gang encyclovir. Fus coronate is usually 10 milligrams per kilogram IV-Q12. We often give pretty close to that dose, but many of these people have reduced renal function so then you can cut it back somewhat.
