Is the Energy Crisis Really a Speculation?
I think the bigger question is what it really means to have an energy crisis. I am less capable of getting XYZ because I need to pay more for my energy. At the same time, we use a lot of energy very inefficiently. High gasoline prices will lead to much more efficient internal combustion engines and much more efficient hybrid vehicles. You cannot run an industrial base in which you are that disadvantaged versus the US.
