The Third Place

The third place is the space that allows a judge to look at an open record of terrorism and feel the pressure from government say, eh, fuck it. It's what enables people to look at Elian Gonzalez, a case involving, you know, a negligent mother taking the kid away from a loving father in an act of like divorce gone bad. And then you go before that to the Cuban Five and we talk about the revelation of espionage agents. The excessive and harsh treatment based on spurious allegations are deeply ironic given the long and openly admitted history of American government's efforts to assassinate Castro.
