The Importance of Regular Bodywork

Rich: I always had great training partners in terms of we had the same coach but to be in person with them on a regular basis and have that interaction is so valuable for me it was always like every few months you know that we train in person so it's a little different yeah. accountability is something that can't be under understanding like there's just energy from your training partners and that's a real thing. Rich: Having eyes on you that maybe not necessarily like a biomechanist or anything but like somebody who understands like body movement and any compensation patterns maybe a little bit more could have helped mitigate any other injuries throughout my career. Be less stressed enjoy the process and have fun with it
