Will We See More Moral Certainty in the Future?
Julian Zelizer: Will we see more less moral certainty in the future? And are there any areas where we're starting to see a worrying rise of dogmatic moral thinking? He says morality really concerns er what we owe to each other and how we have to treat each other. Ethics is broader ethics - it's basely how how we live, how we flourish. We need clarity on these moral bottom lines, never dogmatically, always up for revision but minimals as few as possible.
