The Acceptable Answer to the Question of Size

Do you think there should be an end goal, an end state that people are managing towards in terms of the head count? I love that question. I can see why some people would reply with a certain size. Maybe it's 10 people. Maybe it’s 20, 50 people where they say, I don't want to be above this number. But for people who are past or can think past that threshold is bigger than we are now,. Like an infinite growth, just always bigger.
