LZ: I love this idea of leveraging assets. So talk about some practical examples of how maybe first this might be kind of a culture shock to some pastors and leaders. LZ: But if you think about it like an American football team, there's actually three teams offense defense special teams. They have separate metrics, but they have to play synergistically to win a big game. If your defense can't stop the run, you don't win. Or you could have a great offense on defensive game. But at the last three seconds, the field goal hits the upright snap goes bad.
